1. Browse Products
Search items on statture.com by using one of several different searching methods on our site. Browse items by category or do a quick keyword search from any page. Once you seen something you like, click on the item's name or thumbnail picture to view more information about that product.
2. Add Items to Your Shopping Cart
We provide an easy and clear online shopping bag to gather items that interest you. Simply select the "Add to Cart" button on the product page that you'd like to purchase. Putting items in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying them nor does it mean the items are reserved. If you don't see your items, you may not have made your selections correctly on the product detail page. Please return to the product detail page and try again. After you put items in your cart you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. If you continue shopping, a running tab will be tracked in the top right of the site for your convenience. View items in your shopping bag at any time by selecting the "Update Cart" link at the top right of the site.
3. Changing Item Quantities in Your Shopping Cart
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your shopping bag, merely change the number in the "QTY." box. Be sure to click the "Update Cart" button at the bottom of the page to recalculate your subtotal.
4. Deleting Items in Your Cart
To delete an item in your shopping cart check the remove box to the right of the page. After checking the remove box, be sure to click the "Update Cart" button at the bottom of the page to recalculate your total.
5. Gift Wrap Your Item(s)
To gift wrap an item or items check the “Gift Wrap” box for the item(s) you would like wrapped. After checking the gift wrap box, be sure to click the "Update Cart" button at the bottom of the page to recalculate your gift wrapping subtotal. If you purchase two of the same item and would like to gift wrap only one, be sure to update the drop-down box below the quantity field.
6. Shipping Preference
From the shipping preference drop-down option choose your preferred shipping option. If you would like to preview your order shipping costs, input your shipping zip code in the field to the right and click the "Update Cart" Button.
7. Finish Check Out
When you are ready to send your order, click the "Begin Checkout” button that is located at the bottom the page. This will take you through a simple step-by-step process to complete your order.
8. You Will Need to Login
Either enter your existing username and password or choose a username and password for the account you are about to create. Enter your new username, password, email address and full name into the necessary fields and click the “Create New Account” button. This automatically will create an account that will speed up your checkout process on future purchases. Additional order details such as billing address, shipping address, and method of payment will need to be filled in on the following pages. 9. Confirm Order/Choose Payment
At this stage of the checkout process it is your responsibility to ensure that all information including item information and shipping address is correct. After you confirm this, enter your payment information and press the “Finish Checkout” button. This will finalize your order!
10. Print your Confirmation Page
You will be presented with a short confirmation page that has a unique confirmation number acknowledging your purchase transaction. We recommend that you print this page in case we are unable to confirm your order via email.
11. Email Confirmation - Final Step
Statture will send you an email to the address you provided during checkout to confirm that our store has received your order. We will also send an email when your item has been shipped.
