We’ll gladly return or exchange any item within 20 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied. We ask that you kindly place the item(s) back into its original packaging when returned.

Return postage will be paid by the customer.

Returns with receipt
Simply return merchandise along with return slip which can be found at the bottom of the original receipt. The price paid for the merchandise will be credited to the original method of payment approximately three business days from receipt excluding original postage and gift wrapping fees.

If you wish not to have the original payment method credited, you may choose a Statture store credit for the original purchase price excluding original shipping and gift wrapping fees. You will receive your Statture store credit via email approximately three business days from receipt.

Returns with no receipt
We will issue a store credit via email for the current selling price approximately three business days from receipt excluding original postage and gift wrapping fees.

Return Notification
You will be notified by e-mail when we receive your returned merchandise and have credited your account.

Shipping Methods
Statture has teamed up with UPS and USPS to deliver quality merchandise in a timely and reliable manner. Statture does not ship outside of the United States of America.

Track Shipping
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. If shipped via UPS, a tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has shipped. Please visit www.ups.com for tracking information. USPS First Class or Priority Mail may be used in some cases when free shipping is selected.

Sales Tax
Sales will be applied during the checkout process where applicable.

No sales tax will be collected for any item(s) that have a delivery address outside of the state of New Jersey. All items with a delivery address within the state of New Jersey will be charged sales tax were applicable.
